Q: Is there Grab or Gojek in Amed? A: Online ride-hailing apps like Grab or Gojek are very limited and often not allowed to pick up passengers in many areas of Amed. To ensure a reliable and stress-free journey, it is highly recommended to book your transport with a licensed local driver in advance.

Q: How do I book a trip? A: Booking is simple! You can click the WhatsApp button on this website to chat with me directly. Please provide your name, pick-up location, date, and time. No complicated forms are required.

Q: Do you require a deposit? A: For standard transfers and day tours, we usually do not require a deposit. You can pay in cash (IDR) directly to the driver at the end of the trip. However, for large groups or multi-day bookings, a small deposit may be requested.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We understand that plans can change. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking so we can adjust our schedule.

Q: Are entrance tickets included in the tour price? A: Our standard daily tour prices include the car, fuel, parking fees, and a driver who acts as your guide/photographer. Entrance tickets to attractions and meals are generally not included unless specified in a custom package.

Q: What time should we start for the Lempuyang Temple (Gate of Heaven) tour? A: To avoid extremely long queues for photos, we highly recommend starting early, around 5:00 AM or 5:30 AM. This gives you the best chance to see the sunrise and get your photo taken sooner.

Q: Is the price per person or per car? A: Our prices are per car (not per person), with a maximum capacity of 4 to 5 passengers with luggage. This makes it a very affordable option for couples, families, or small groups.

Q: Can we customize our own itinerary? A: Absolutely! You are the boss. If you have specific places you want to visit, just let us know, and we will help you arrange the most efficient route for your day trip.
